Providing outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment for children, teens and adults in Southeast Michigan

We have initiated the following emergency protocols:

Dear clients, staff, and friends:

These are challenging times and your wellness is our top priority. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we are transitioning the way we deliver services to ensure your treatment needs are met in the safest way possible.

To reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus Community Care Services has temporarily transitioned to delivering services through telehealth. We are following the recommendations by the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN), the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to reduce the number of face-to-face contacts.

Community Care Services has also been designated an Urgent Behavioral Health Care Services Provider by Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) in an effort to address the growing need for urgent behavioral health services amid the evolving issues surrounding COVID-19. Click here for more information.

Other actions we’re taking to promote health and safety include:

-Our facilities are undergoing continuous sanitation for those clients who may need to receive services within the building.

-Genoa Pharmacy is offering curbside delivery and mailed prescriptions. Contact Genoa Pharmacy directly at 734-333-7027 to make arrangements.

-Intake appointments will be offered by phone or telehealth.

-Nurses will be onsite to administer injections for scheduled appointments.

If you experiencing a personal crisis please contact the DWIHN 24-Hour Crisis Line at 1-800-241-4949, or The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. These are uncertain times and we will continue to update you as circumstances evolve. Please visit our COVID-19 page for resources and follow us on Facebook for updates on programs and services.

Community Care Services has been providing outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment for children, teens, and adults for more than 30 years. Your wellness is our top priority. We’re in this together, and we’ll continue to do everything in our power to meet your needs.

Best regards,

Executive Director, Community Care Services
Shirley Consumer
I am a mother of four and a grandmother of twelve. I've been coming since 2012. When I first came to CCS I was depressed. What kept me motivated was the people there, they treated me like I was home. It feels good to have come this far.

-Shirley, Consumer

Jim Consumer
I’ve been coming to CCS for nine years. My counselor has been beside me on my journey through drug addiction, to struggling in recovery, to standing where I stand today.

Swavil Consumer
I’ve been coming to CCS for two years. Mrs Margot is teaching me to have self control and focus. I am very proud of myself because I have come a long way. She is helping me achieve my goals.
