Our Home Based Services Program provides intensive supportive services to children/adolescents and their families in a home or community setting. The goal is to equip the child with the foundation needed to thrive at home, in school, and in the community; and provide the family with clear plans for handling family-specific crisis situations.
Is the Home Based Services Program right for your child?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions your child could benefit from our Home Based Services Program. This program is specifically designed for children (ages 7-21) who have exhibited symptoms of Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED). Symptoms may include distorted thinking, excessive anxiety, depression, abnormal mood swings, suicidal thinking, and self-harm.
What can I expect?
The client and family will participate in the development of an Individualized Plan of Service (IPOS), which includes goals identified by the client and family, and interventions that specify the amount, scope, and duration of service. Treatment is based upon a youth-guided, family-driven approach that considers the strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences of the individual and family, natural supports, and focuses on the family as a unit.
