Supported Employment/Individual Placement Support

Meaningful employment is an essential step on the path to recovery, but challenges that come with mental illness can make it more difficult to find and maintain a job. Our Supported Employment program helps individuals conduct a job search, prepare for an interview and keep a job. Our goal is to connect every participant with a job that builds self-worth and provides financial stability.

We will help participants:

  • Identify strengths, abilities, needs and goals
  • Develop a resume, strengthen interview skills, conduct a job search
  • Secure a job interview
  • Learn job functions
  • Maintain employment

We provide benefits counseling and risk analysis to determine the impact of wages on other entitlements. We also assist in benefits coordination with other agencies. Supported Employment services are available as long as the participant needs or wants support. There is never a cost to participants.

If you are an employer interested in hiring participants of our Supported Employment program please contact us for additional information, or to schedule a meeting.
