View our Services Call Back RequestDuring your initial call you will be asked a series of basic questions. This call will last approximately 15 -20 minutes. Please have the following information available during that call:
If you don’t have insurance we will help you apply for insurance through Healthy Michigan or Medicaid. Expect the call to last longer if you require insurance services.
An intake appointment will be scheduled at the end of this call.
During your intake appointment you will meet with a trained intake specialist, not a therapist, who will ask specific questions about your needs. This meeting will last approximately one hour. You will discuss the status of your condition, prior treatment, specific needs, and your recovery goals. Based on your needs, you may be assigned a case manager. The next step is an appointment with a therapist.
During your first appointment with your therapist you will discuss and help design a treatment plan that supports your recovery goals. Treatment plans are different for everyone. Your treatment plan may include counseling, medication, and support groups.
Community Care Services does not turn people away. We accept most insurances and cash payments. Your insurance carrier however, may dictate services that are available to you. Your wellness is our first priority and we work with you to design a plan that takes your wellness needs and personal circumstances into account.
