Six things you can do to improve your mental wellness:

  1. Focus on what you’re grateful for, no matter how small.
  2. Get more sleep, even an extra 30 minutes a night will help.
  3. Have some fun, do something you enjoy at least once a week.
  4. Move your body, try adding a daily walk to your schedule.
  5. Volunteer or help someone, this is proven to increase your mood.
  6. Seek help if you are struggling with any mental health issues.
