Make your mental health a priority in 2018
Six things you can do to improve your mental wellness:
- Focus on what you’re grateful for, no matter how small.
- Get more sleep, even an extra 30 minutes a night will help.
- Have some fun, do something you enjoy at least once a week.
- Move your body, try adding a daily walk to your schedule.
- Volunteer or help someone, this is proven to increase your mood.
- Seek help if you are struggling with any mental health issues.
